Gerald “Jerry” L Goubeaux, age 80, of Bradford, died Monday, September 7, 2020 at the Hospice Unit of the Dayton VA. He was born October 6, 1939 in Farmersville to the late Benjamin & Rosalie (Smith) Goubeaux; attended Bradford High School; a U.S. Army Veteran; drove semis and worked as a mechanic for several years; a member of the AMVETS, Post 66, Covington, Eagles, Aerie 3998, Covington & VFW, #4235, Covington.

Preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Patricia Mullenix Beverly Sturgill, Harold Goubeaux, June Bailey & the mother of his children, Marietta Goubeaux.

Jerry is survived by his children, Connie Hicks, Teresa & Randy Patty, Jamie & Russ Hocker, Tom Goubeaux, & Cindy (Goubeaux) Williams, all of Bradford; seven grandchildren, Ashley & husband, Nate Martin, Breeana Hicks, Alisha Patty, Haley Patty & fiancé, Bryton Lear, Andrew Patty, Taven Leach, Chloe Hocker; five great-grandchildren, Shayleigh Swick, Kennedy Osbourne, Paisley Martin, Presley Jeffers, T.J. Jeffers; sisters, Betty Cohee of Covington, Wilma Davidson of Greenville; & his dogs, Cocoa & Wrinkles.
