Jason Michael Schwartz

Jason Michael Schwartz, 43 of Piqua, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018.  Jason was born in Piqua on August 14, 1974 to Paul W. & Tammy (Johnson) Schwartz of Piqua; was a Forklift Operator for Advance Composites, Sidney; loved fishing, an avid fan of the Pittsburg Steelers; a big fan of the Walking Dead; and had been reading the same book for five years.  Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roy & Mary Schwartz and maternal grandmother, Stella Hull.  Jason is survived by his parents, Paul & Tammy; his wife of 20 years, Teresa K. (Keown) Schwartz; four children. Paige Schwartz, Cole Schwartz, Austin Schwartz, all of Piqua, Dustin & wife, Sara Schwartz of Clarksville, TN; granddaughter, Adelina Schwartz; maternal grandfather, John Hudson of Piqua; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.  Funeral service 6:00 PM Saturday at the Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Fred Gillenwater officiating.  Visitation 3:00 PM Saturday until time of service at the funeral home.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com
