John Withrow Obituary

John Clifford Withrow, age 72, of Piqua, died Monday, December 17, 2018 at the Hospice Unit at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. He was born June 25, 1946 in Gratis, OH to the late Clifford E. Withrow & Mary (Loizes) Baker; served in the U.S. Navy as a Sonar Tech 1 (STS1) & retired in 1983; & worked for the cities of West Milton, Bradford & Piqua.

Preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Sean Morrissey in 2014; & sister, Julianna Carmack.

John is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Karen Ann (Speraw) Withrow; 3 children, Janice (Doug) Morrissey of Gulfport, MS, John (Beverly) Withrow of Bradford & Jerry Withrow of Piqua; 5 grandchildren, Andrew (Alissa) Morrissey of San Antonio, TX, Patrick (Melissa) Morrissey of Gulfport, MS, Kevin Morrissey of San Diego, CA, Kaitlyn Withrow of Bradford & David Withrow of Bradford; 2 great granddaughters, Kennedy & Cameron; brother, James Paulin of Piqua; brother-in-law, Mike Carmack of Las Vegas; & other relatives & friends.
