Rolland E. Warner, age 81 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 in Dayton. Rolland was born in Covington on March 27, 1937 to the (late) Kenneth Leroy & Mildred (Sotell) Warner; was a U.S. Air Force Veteran; retired from BF Goodrich, Troy; former owner of The Depot Carryout, Bradford; member of the AMVETS Post #66, Covington; loved woodworking, antiques, clocks, gardening, and playing the piano; he collected teddy bears; and was an avid Face book lover. Preceded in death by his parents; great-grandson, Justice Meade; brother, Kenneth Warner; and sister, Janet Mullins. Rolland is survived by his seven children, Debbie Warner of Covington, Suzanne & Larry Brown of Jasper, Alabama, Karen Miller of Bradford, Scott & Lisa Warner of Bradford, Michael Warner of Bradford, Jason & Kim Warner of Lebanon, OH, and Brian Warner of Tipp City; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dixie Warner of Troy; special friend, Delma Malone of Trotwood; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gathering of Friends 5-8 PM Wednesday at Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
