Ruby K. Brewer Fenstermaker

Ruby K. Brewer Fenstermaker, age 95 of Bradford, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Versailles Health Care Center.  Ruby was born in Miami County on September 24, 1926 to the (late) Chalmer & Velma (Sargent) Miller; a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1944; worked as a Clerk at Patty’s IGA, Bradford for 60 years; attended Common Ground Christian Church and Harris Creek Church of the Brethren, both in Bradford; enjoyed shopping, especially the sale items; she kept all of her greeting cards; loved reading the newspaper; and Ruby loved her grandkids and great-grandkids.  Preceded in death by her parents; first husband, David W. Brewer Sr. in 1981; second husband, John J. Fenstermaker in 2009; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Dale & Bernadine Miller, Jack & Shirley Miller, Larry & Carolyn Miller, & Fred Miller; sisters-in-law, Barbara Brewer and Lois & Rollin Ary.  Ruby is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dave & Amy Brewer of Bradford; step-son, Jerry Fenstermaker of Dayton, TN; step-daughter, Judy Barry of PA; brother-in-law, Emerson Brewer of Greenville; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.  Funeral Service 12 Noon Tuesday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor John Shelton officiating.  Interment Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford.
