Trevor Jacob Hagie

Trevor Jacob Hagie, age 26, of Urbana, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 from a car accident in Georgetown, SC.  Trevor was born in Troy on April 17, 1996 to James & Joni (Shaffer) Hagie; was a graduate of Graham High School and Ohio High Point; was a butcher for the Piggly-Wiggly Grocery; grew up in 4-H and raised alpacas and showed them at the Champaign County Fair; loved trains and always wanted to be a train conductor; enjoyed fishing; loved animals, especially his six dogs; and with all his heart he loved his son, Sidney and fiancé, Lois Rice.  Preceded in death by his Grandpa Robert Hagie Sr.; uncle, Gene Hagie; niece, Kristin Hagie; nephew, Karsyn Hagie; great-grandparents, Vic & Reva Batdorf, Treva & Floyd Shaffer, James & Margaret Beaty; and best friend, Fred Markel.  Trevor is survived by his parents, James & Joni Hagie of Urbana, son, Sidney Hagie; fiancé, Lois Rice, both of Urbana; brother and sister-in-law, Tyler Hagie & Shawna Cordle of Urbana; niece, Adleigh Hagie; grandparents, Rowland & Rita Shaffer, Melanie Hess of Covington; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home to help with final expenses and a fund for his son, Sidney.  Gathering of Family and Friends, September 10th from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM Saturday at Renewed Strength Church, 4194 U.S. Rt. 36, Urbana, OH.   Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
