Karen Kay Beckley Stafford, age 55 of Piqua, formerly of Bradford, suddenly departed this life to her eternal rest in God on December 30, 2016.  She was born in Springfield, OH on December 31, 1960 to the (late) James R. & Elizabeth L. “Betty” (Scott) Beckley; a graduate of Bradford High School , Class of 1979; graduate of Ohio Northern University in 1983; currently employed as an Administrative Assistant/Registrar at Edison State Community College of Piqua.  Preceded in death by her parents; and brother, James “Paul” Beckley.  Karen is survived by her only daughter and son-in-law, Ashley & Bradley Perkins of Virginia Beach, VA; two adored granddaughters, Aubrielle E. Perkins and Everleigh A. Perkins at home; father of her daughter, James Stafford Jr. of West Carrollton; sister, Barbara J. Beckley of Dayton; brother and sister-in-law, Mark & Rhonda Beckley of Bradford; sister-in-law, Rachel Beckley of Minster; niece, Shannon Beckley of Minster; nephew, Jake & Christina Beckley of Greenville; two great-nephews, Evan & Ethan Beckley of Greenville; and her beloved dog, Cocoa.  She was greatly loved and will be sorely missed.  Memorial service at 7:45 P.M. Friday at the Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor Joe Redmond Jr.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M.
